The paper authorities deem that China is lack of resources and the packaging industry must stress on developing wood free paper resources and comprehensive using waste paper. It also must use all sort of chemical additive to strengthen wood free paper and devote major efforts to standardization carton quality to satisfy all kinds of needs.

The experts in China Packaging Technology Association give some advice:

1. Using computer to design carton, and diversifying its specification to satisfy all sort of needs.

2. For the sake of speeding up batch process, automation must be used in the production.

3. Developing technique to strengthen paper board and reducing waste and saving resources.

4. Developing the technique of waste recovery and making up a deficiency of packaging paper.

5. Developing the technology of corrugated paper using water soluble binder as synergist to shorten the whole machine.
